Marcelyn's music serves up singer-songwriter-y indie rock weirdness on a silver platter with a side of powerful vocals and cleverly crafted lyrics. A DIY artist at heart, Marcelyn's discography and collection of music videos are all made either exclusively by herself or in collaboration with a small but mighty team of friends and family. Her discography spans 3 full-length albums and 1 EP, all self-released between 2017 and 2020, with more to come in the future.
Soul Jar Collective
Marcelyn is a co-founder and organizer of Soul Jar Collective, a group of artists curating artist-driven events, shows, and workshops in the Greater Philadelphia area. Through Soul Jar, Marcelyn teaches workshops that aim to curate nurturing environments for singers to grow into their own authentic voices.
Tarot & oracle READINGS
Marcelyn has a love for “witchy shit” and has been practicing solitary witchcraft for most of their life, particularly the art of tarot and oracle card reading. Marcelyn does private readings online and at in-person events, advertised on their Instagram. You can book a sliding-scale reading with them through their Instagram or email.
